Locals call it the Ridge Road or the High Road in Playa Pelada. Its an exclusive little community among itself. No through traffic to speak of, and even hard to find sometimes. The NCA parkland is nearbye providing for an abundance of monkeys and wildlife in the area. The trail system, also kept up by the NCA, is just down the street for a nature hike or quick access to Playa Guiones restaurants and beach, just on the other side of the estuary. Also on your road is a private tennis club, a great place to get some exercise and meet the neighbors.

The property has the luxury of two access points for the possibility of a guest house or rental while having the main house with its own entrance on a separate street.

Lucky you, there is a large, beautiful specimen of a Guanacaste Tree (of which our province is named after) on the property to behold and enjoy. The highest part of the land would have an ocean view if you so choose to reach for that. You will see some neighbors have built in this way already.
